The Cordial team have worked with the Australian distributor since being brought onto our shores, setting up inventory and CRM systems along with the design and development of print and digital material. Cordial also assist with account keeping and many general business tasks.
"Our IT maintenance is taken care of, with the purchase and set up of all required hardware for remote access and data backup. Cordial provide us Admin support in Xero maintaining inventory, payroll, debtors and creditors, as well as international freight scheduling with freight forwarders and customs.
Cordial were key in the development of our e-commerce capability. They oversee our graphic and digital design - including websites, marketing collateral and catalogue layout and print for three brands, and regular EDM’s."
